Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within the specified time frame.

2. Return Time Frame

All return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or bulk order items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale offers

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched after receiving the returned item.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
